Humbucker power
The pinnacle of performance. Humbuckers offer a higher output compared to single coils, meaning they give you a powerful sound with plenty of tonal goodness to go with it. Every lick you play through these will ring out with a punchy voice which expresses each note perfectly. The bridge pickup is perfect for rhythm, giving you that crisp, crunchy sound which sounds super tight. The neck pickup offers smooth saturation for your lead licks, helping to sustain your string bends and bring out a rich fullness in your licks.

Classic Mustang design
The Fender Mustang was originally created in the '60s as a student instrument due to its shorter (24'') scale length, which provides a smaller distance between the frets and a "slinkier" string feel for easier bends and vibrato. The Mustang found popularity several decades later with rock and indie players, and today the Squier FSR Bullet Competition Mustang gives many more players access to the Mustang's unique aesthetics and easy playability for both students and professionals alike.
